Terms of Service

iFast is a dedicated-server and IPv4 service website operated by xHosts UK. Orders, payments, accounts and support are provided by xHosts UK, the contracting provider.

Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to dedicated servers and IPv4 address leasing advertised through iFast. By browsing, ordering or using a service, you agree to these terms together with any product-specific conditions shown at checkout.

Orders and availability

All configurations, upgrades and IPv4 resources are subject to stock, technical feasibility, fraud screening and approval. Orders may require manual review during UK business hours. xHosts UK may request accurate supporting information, refuse an order or offer a suitable alternative.

Deployment and hardware

Deployment estimates are not guarantees. Dedicated hardware may be supplied with equivalent replacement components where necessary, without materially reducing the purchased specification. Hardware faults will be investigated and repaired or replaced within a reasonable time, subject to access and parts availability.

Billing and renewals

Services are billed in advance at the price and billing cycle displayed at checkout. Payments and invoices are processed by xHosts UK through the customer portal. Customers must maintain accurate billing information and pay invoices when due; overdue services may be suspended and ultimately terminated.

Cancellations

A cancellation request must be submitted through the customer portal at least seven days before renewal. The customer may request immediate cancellation or cancellation at the end of the current billing period. A request made fewer than seven days before renewal may be refused and must be raised through a support ticket for review.

Promotions

SAVE20 provides a 20% recurring discount for the lifetime of one eligible dedicated server per customer while that service remains continuously active. The offer is limited to one use per customer, has no cash value and cannot be combined with another promotion.

Network and bandwidth

Standard dedicated servers include a 1 Gbps unmetered connection unless the order states otherwise. Eligible systems may offer 10 Gbps with the transfer allowance selected at checkout. Unmetered describes the absence of a fixed transfer quota, not guaranteed continuous maximum throughput, and remains subject to network integrity and acceptable use.

IPv4 leasing

IPv4 addresses remain the property of their lawful owner and are licensed for use only during the paid service period. Allocation, routing and announcement require a valid technical use case and may require an ASN, Letter of Authorisation and identity verification. Subleasing, route hijacking, falsified WHOIS or geolocation claims, spam and conduct causing blacklist listings are prohibited.

Acceptable use and suspension

Services must not be used for spam, phishing, malware, botnets, denial-of-service attacks, unauthorised scanning, IP spoofing, fraud, illegal content or any activity that threatens networks, providers, customers or the public. xHosts UK may filter, null-route, suspend or terminate affected services and require a prompt response to abuse reports.

Customer security and backups

Customers are responsible for operating systems, software licences, passwords, security updates, configurations, activity performed through the service and regular verified off-site backups. Unless expressly agreed in writing, xHosts UK does not manage customer software or guarantee recovery of customer data.

Identity verification

xHosts UK may require identity, business or intended-use verification before or after activation to prevent fraud and abuse. Verification may be completed by a trusted third party. Refusal or failure to complete a reasonable verification request may result in rejection, suspension or termination.

Availability and liability

Services are supplied on an as-available basis. Continuous availability, immunity from attacks and uninterrupted routing are not guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, xHosts UK is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability for the affected service is limited to the amount paid for it during the preceding three months. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to its courts. iFast is operated by xHosts UK as a sole trader business in the United Kingdom. Official notices and questions should be submitted through the xHosts UK customer portal or support system. Last updated: 12 September 2026.
